Visas, Renewals and PRO Work
Residence visas and government liaison for Dubai and Abu Dhabi mainland and free zone companies. The administrative work that eats your week, handled by people who do it every day.
Residence visas
- New employment visas — entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID and stamping
- Visa renewals for Dubai and Abu Dhabi mainland and free zone companies
- Investor and partner visas
- Family sponsorship — spouse, children, parents
- Visa cancellation and transfer between employers
- Golden visa — see our golden visa service
Renewals, done before they expire
Residence visas, establishment cards, labour cards and trade licences all expire on different dates, and the fines for missing them compound daily. We track the dates for our clients and start the renewal before it becomes urgent.
If you are already overdue
Fines accrue per day and continue until the file is regularised. Come to us before it grows — overstay and expired-licence situations almost always get cheaper the earlier they are dealt with.
Immigration and PRO work
- Establishment card issuance and renewal
- Labour quota applications and MOHRE filings
- Work permit issuance, renewal and cancellation
- Labour contract amendments
- Company and shareholder amendments on the immigration file
- Document clearing, typing and submission across government departments
- Emirates ID applications, renewals and replacements
How we work
Either by the task, or on a retainer where we hold the file and handle everything as it comes up. For companies with more than a handful of staff, the retainer is almost always cheaper than paying per transaction and considerably less work for you.

Questions We Get Asked
How many visas can my company get?
On mainland the quota follows verified office space, at roughly 8 to 10 square metres per visa. In a free zone it follows the package and the area you lease. Decide headcount before the package is issued — upgrading mid-term costs more.
What is an Establishment Card?
The immigration file for the company. Without it you cannot sponsor anyone, so it is issued before any visa application starts.
What are the steps for a residence visa?
Licence and establishment card, then the e-visa, entry permit or status change, medical fitness test, biometrics, and Emirates ID. We run the whole sequence.
How long is a visa valid?
Investor, partner and employment visas are generally two years, renewable while the licence stays active. Golden visas run five or ten years.
Can I sponsor my family?
Yes, subject to a minimum salary and an attested Ejari tenancy contract. We will tell you whether your current package clears the threshold before you apply.
Does leaving the UAE cancel my visa?
A standard residence visa lapses after 180 consecutive days outside the country. Golden visa holders are exempt.
Do investor visas need a MoHRE contract and WPS?
No — investor visas are exempt from both. Employment visas require a MoHRE contract and salaries paid through the Wage Protection System.
What does overstaying cost?
AED 50 per day once the grace period ends, and it compounds. Overstay and expired-file situations almost always get cheaper the earlier they are dealt with.
